Transgamtoos

Slackpacking is quite the buzz in the hiking adventure industry.  An exciting addition to this new way of hiking is the Trans Gamstoos. 70 Km, 3 days camping through and over our beautiful Valley.  9 meals included and we haul all your gear to the next camp site.  We start off on the edge of the Baviaanskloof area and finish near Hankey, our oldest settlement.  The hike will pass some of the main highlights of any visit to the valley but will also take you right through citrus orchards and over mountains with a 360° view of your surroundings.  We hike from March to November and can accommodate any group between 6 and 12 hikers.  Contact us and we will try to accommodate your group on the date that suits your group best.  Our motto is “Spoil yourself” and spoil is definitely part of this hike.  From super tasty meals to plenty of other small treats while you hike.
